摘  要:通过《跨文化商务交际实训》课程教学实践,构建了一套校内集中实训课程教学模式:课前教师准备、“导学”课、实训汇报-反馈课、课后评定成绩。这一教学模式促使学生充分实践练习。同时,也构建了“三步骤”形成性评价体系:第一,确定教学目标;第二,检验学习成果;第三,给予反馈与评价。此评价体系确保了每一项实践任务都能获得及时反馈,师生能及时调整教学活动。Based on the teaching practice of Intercultural Business Communication Training,this paper constructs a set of teaching mode of intensive practical training course in school which includes teachers'pre-class preparation,"guidance"class,presentation-feedback class,and post-class evaluation of students'performance.This teaching mode may get students to full practice.Besides,a"three-step"formative evaluation system is built up in this paper:determining the teaching objectives,checking the learning results,and giving feedback and evaluation,and this system may ensure each practice is given timely feedback so that students and teachers can adjust their learning and teaching activities accordingly in time.
