摘 要:核心素养视角下的创新创业教育效果评价,不仅要对创新创业人才所掌握的创新创业通识技能、创新创业知识进行评价,还要评价他们是否具有创新意识、创新创业精神,是否进行了创新创业实践活动。以“中国学生发展核心素养”最新研究成果为学理基础,构建了基于创新创业通识技能、创新创业意识、创新创业社会实践的多层次关联分析模型,以应用型本科院校为例进行实证分析,验证了构建指标体系的合理性,为新视角下高校创新创业教育效果评价提供了借鉴。Evaluation of the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the perspective of"core literacy"not only includes assessment of the general skills and knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship mastered by innovative and entrepreneurial talents,but also involves the one of whether they have innovation consciousness or innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and whether they have ever carried out some innovative and entrepreneurial activities.Based on the latest research results of"cultivation of core literacy in Chinese students",this paper constructs a multi-level correlation analysis model for the innovative entrepreneurial general skills,the innovation consciousness,and the innovative social practice.In addition,taking application-oriented universities and colleges as example,it gives an empirical analysis to this model and verifies the rationality of the index system,which provides a reference for the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from a new perspective.
