摘　　要：在湘潭打造国内领先的智能制造谷过程中,引发了新技术、新产业、新业态的产生和传统制造业的升级换代,这些变化导致新职业的出现和职业内涵的变化,高素质复合型高端技能人才是强有力的人力资源战略保障。在产业转型升级的关键期,高职教育服务区域经济和社会发展的任务愈加明显。为更好地适应经济社会发展与产业转型升级,应积极探索人才培养对策,为社会培养输送一大批高素质复合型高端技能人才。In the process of building the leading intelligent manufacturing Valley in Xiangtan,the emergence of new technologies,new industries,new industries and the upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries have been triggered.These changes have led to the emergence of new occupations and changes in occupational connotations.High-quality and high-end skilled personnel with complex abilities are the strong strategic guarantee of human resources.In the critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading,the task of higher vocational education to serve regional economic and social development is becoming more and more obvious.In order to better adapt to the economic and social development and industrial transformation and upgrading,we should actively explore the Countermeasures of talent cultivation,and provide a large number of high-quality and high-end skilled personnel for social training.
