情理融通:中国传统伦理思想之特质——兼论中国特色伦理话语体系之建构

摘　　要：与西方伦理思想重视理性不同,中国传统伦理思想以人为中心,关注人的情感,因此,中国伦理学常被称为情感伦理学,中国社会也因之被贴上了“人情”社会的标签。但人们忽视了“情感”一词的多重含义。在儒家伦理思想中,“情感”是融注了理性的道德情感而非一般情感,作为诸道德范畴情感之基的“敬”是情理合一的伦理理念,“仁”“礼”统一的思想架构是情理融通之枢轴。只有搭准传统伦理思想之脉,把握其情理融通之特质,才能为中国特色伦理话语体系的构建找到出发点和支撑点。今天,我们需要立足本来,珍视传统,构筑中国伦理道德之基;吸收外来,强化理性,重视方法,补足中国伦理思想之短板;面向未来,落实“两创”,构建中国特色的伦理话语体系。Different from the Western ethical thought,which emphasizes rationality,Chinese traditional ethical thought is centered on people and pays attention to people’s emotions.Therefore,Chinese ethics is often called emotional ethics,and Chinese society has been labeled as a“human feeling”society.But people ignore the multiple meanings of the word“emotion”.In Confucian ethics,“emotion”is a moral emotion that blends rationality,not general emotions.“Respect”,which is the basis of emotions in various moral categories,is an ethical concept of unity of emotion and rationality.The unified thought frameworks of“benevolence”and“ritual”is the pivot of emotion and rationality.Only by matching the pulse of traditional ethics and grasping the characteristics of its emotion and rationality,can we find a starting point and supporting point for the construction of an ethical discourse system with Chinese characteristics.Today,we need to base ourselves on cherishing traditions and build the foundation of Chinese ethics and morals.We need to absorb externalities,strengthen rationality,value methods,make up for the shortcomings of Chinese ethical thoughts;face the future,implement“two innovations”,and build an ethical discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
