摘  要:目的探讨OSCE模式应用于临床护理实习教学中对考核效果产生的影响。方法选取2018年2月~2019年4月在本院实习的80名护生,将其进行随机分组,均分为两组,对照组护生开展常规考核模式,实验组护生开展OSCE模式考核,比较两种模式对护生自主学习能力及标准化患者(SP)考核平均成绩产生的影响。结果实验组护生自主学习能力较对照组护生显著提升,并且SP考核平均成绩与对照组护生相比显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 OSCE模式应用于临床护理实习教学中不仅能够提升护生的综合能力,还对其自主学习能力及其考试的平均成绩起到显著提升的效果,能够使护生将理论与实践进行有效的联系,充分提升护生的学习质量。Objective To explore the influence of OSCE model on assessment effect in clinical nursing practice teaching. Methods 80 nursing students who practiced in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the practice time, with 40 cases in each group. The control group carried out the routine assessment mode, while the experimental group carried out the OSCE mode assessment. The effects of the two models on the autonomous learning ability of nursing students and the average score of standardized patient assessment(SP) were compared. Results The autonomous learning ability of nursing students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the average score of SP was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of OSCE model in clinical nursing practice teaching can not only improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students, but also significantly improve their independent learning ability and their average score in the exam, which can effectively link theory with practice and fully improve the learning quality of nursing students.
