摘  要:目的探讨E-Max玻璃陶瓷高嵌体在后牙残冠修复治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月我院收治的后牙冠修复治疗病例数共计96例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=48)和参照组(n=48),参照组患者依据常规钴铬烤瓷冠修复,研究组患者应用E-Max玻璃陶瓷高嵌体修复,比较不同组别下患者修复前后牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、治疗优良率、远期后牙折裂率。结果两组患者治疗前牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),经治疗后两组牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且研究组修复效果更显著;研究组患者治疗优良率为97.92%,参照组患者治疗优良率为79.17%,研究组患者治疗优良率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者远期后牙折裂率为2.08%,参照组患者远期后牙折裂率为16.67%,研究组明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论后牙残冠修复治疗中应用E-Max玻璃陶瓷高嵌体的修复效果更理想,远期后牙折裂率较低,且修复后可有效抗着色、抗消耗和抗磨损,可在临床实践中予以广泛推广并应用。Objective To explore the application effect of E-Max glass ceramic onlay in prosthodontic treatment of posterior teeth residual crown. Methods 96 patients who were admitted and underwent prosthodontic treatment of posterior teeth residual crown in our hospital from a January 2017 to January 2018 were selected. According to random number table method, they were divided into the research group(n=48) and the reference group(n=48). Patients in the reference group were repaired with conventional cobalt-chromium ceramic crowns, while patients in the research group were repaired with E-Max glass ceramic onlay. The gingival index, sulcus bleeding index, excellent and good rate of treatment and long-term posterior teeth fracture rate in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no statistically significant difference in gingival index and sulcus bleeding index before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05). But there was statistically significant difference in gingival index and sulcus bleeding index between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05). The repair effect of the research group was more significant. The excellent and good rate of treatment in the research group was 97.92% and that in the reference group was 79.17%. The excellent and good rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Long-term posterior teeth fracture rate in the research group was 2.08% and that in the reference group was 16.67%. Long-term posterior teeth fracture rate in the research group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In prosthodontic treatment of posterior teeth residual crown, E-Max glass ceramic onlay has more ideal repair effect and the long-term posterior teeth fracture rate is lower.
