小儿淋巴管瘤采取超声引导下平阳霉素注射的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿淋巴管瘤采取超声引导下平阳霉素注射的临床效果。方法随机选取2016年2月~2017年2月我院收治的50例小儿淋巴管瘤患儿进行研究。采取随机数字表法将50例患儿分为两组。观察组25例小儿淋巴管瘤患儿在术前健康宣教、全身麻醉的基础上进行超声引导下平阳霉素注射治疗。对照组25例患儿采取手术治疗。结果50例患儿中仅有1例因局部感染、炎症反应导致溃烂,入院经抗炎治疗后好转痊愈。观察组患儿治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下平阳霉素注射可满足提升治疗效果、术后无瘢痕等治疗需求,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the observation on clinical curative effects of ultrasound-guided pingyangmycin in treatment of children with lymphangioma.Methods 50 children with lymphangioma who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly selected for the study.Fifty patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method.25 children with lymphangioma in the observation group were treated with ultrasound-guided pingyangmycin on basis of preoperative health education and general anesthesia.25 children in the control group were treated with surgery.Results Only 1 of 50 patients had ulceration due to local infection and inflammatory reaction,and he was recovered after receiving anti-inflammatory treatment.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided pingyangmycin injection can meet the therapeutic needs of improving curative effects and no scar after operation.It is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
