微课在口腔颌面外科学继续医学教育中的应用

摘　　要：继续医学教育是指临床医师完成医学基础教育后进行的在职进修学习,是提高临床与科研能力,保障医疗水平的必要手段。传统继续医学教育的方式以课堂授课和实习操作为主,在教学的开展实施和学习效果等方面具有局限性。微课教学是一种新型的小而精的线上教学模式,依托于现今发达的网络和科技,使教学活动不再局限于固定的时间和地点,使身处世界各地的学员有机会随时参与学习和讨论。本研究概述了微课的特点,发展现状及其在口腔颌面外科继续教育中的优势和挑战。Continuing medical education refers to on-the-job learning after clinicians completing basic medical education.It is a necessary means to improve the clinical and scientific research capabilities and ensure the medical level.Traditional ways of continuing medical education are based on classroom instruction and internships,which have limitations in the development and effectiveness of teaching.Relying on today’s developed networks and technology,microlecture is a new type of small and sophisticated online teaching mode,so that teaching activities are no longer limited to a fixed time and place,and students around the world have the opportunity to participate in learning and discussion at any time with the help of microlecture.This study outlines the characteristics of microlecture,developmental status and advantages and challenges in continuing education of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
