关于心脏超声诊断临床实践带教的几点体会

摘　　要：超声心动图可以清晰实时显示心脏的形态和结构,分析心腔内瓣膜的血流动力学状态,在临床应用日益广泛,是诊断心脏疾病极为重要方法之一,越来越多的临床和影像专业的学生来到超声科学习心脏超声知识,我们对此感到振奋,在心脏超声诊断的临床带教过程中,超声医师应尽力尽责,最大程度满足不同专业学生学习的需求,想要学后心脏超声,我们不断摸索和积累经验,觉得应以心脏的解剖学、胚胎学为基础,生理学为依据,让学生掌握心脏各种先天性和后天性心脏病的超声诊断要点,鼓励学生自己动手上机操作,同时要结合多媒体教学模式详细分解,做到理论联系实际,真正让学生学会主动参与,调动学生学习主动性,最终取得良好教学效果。Echocardiography can display the real-time cardicac morphology and structure,analyze hemodynamic feature of intracardiac valve,becoming increasingly important in clinic practice.It is one of the most important methods in diagnosing cardiac diseases,with more and more clinic and radiologic students to study Echocardiography.Ultrasonic physicians should try our best to cater for the requriments of students of different majors.Based on cardiac anatomy and embryology,as well as physiology,students are able to master the key points of ultrasonic diagnosis of various congenital and acquired heart diseases.In order to obtain good teaching results in the process of clinical teaching of echocardiography diagnosis,combining multimedia teaching model and decomposing these in detail,we can arouse the student’s initiative and cultivate their sense of interest.
