摘　　要：目的研究改良乳腺癌根治术对乳腺癌患者进行治疗的效果。方法选择2014年10月-2016年1月本院收治的78例乳腺癌患者按随机方法分为观察组和对照组,平均每组为39例。对照组患者配合常规的手术方案治疗,观察组选择改良乳腺癌根治术治疗,对不同手术治疗的效果进行评价。结果观察组患者在平均手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率以及3年生存率等方面都比对照组更优(P <0.05)。结论在治疗乳腺癌的时候,为患者通过改良乳腺癌根治手术进行干预能有效的优化相关手术指标,降低并发症对患者的影响率,并且能够促进患者生存率的提高。Objective To study the effect of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods 78 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with an average of 39 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine surgical procedures, while the patients in the observation group were treated with modified radical mastectomy, and the effects of different surgical treatments were evaluated. Results The average operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, incidence of complications and survival rate of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the treatment of breast cancer, interventions for patients through modified radical surgery for breast cancer can effectively optimize the relevant surgical indicators, reduce the impact of complications on patients, and promote the survival rate of patients.
