摘　　要：目的探讨微波复合理疗对乳腺癌患者术后淋巴水肿的作用。方法选取2016年2月-2018年3月106例乳腺癌手术患者,按就诊先后分成观察组(n=53)与对照组(n=53),对照组实施空气波压力泵联合系统康复运动,观察组在对照组基础上实施微波复合理疗,观察两组淋巴水肿发生率及肩关节活动度。结果观察组患者淋巴水肿发生率(9.43%)低于对照组(24.53%)(P <0.05);观察组肩关节外展度、前屈度均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论微波复合理疗可有效预防乳腺癌患者术后淋巴水肿的发生,提高肩关节活动度,应用价值高。Objective To investigate the effect of microwave combined with physiotherapy on lymphedema in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods 106 cases of breast cancer patients who underwent surgery from February 2016 to March 2018 were divided into observation group(n=53) and control group(n=53), the control group was given air wave pressure pump combined system rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group was given microwave combined physiotherapy on the basis of the control group. The incidence of lymphedema and shoulder joint activity of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of lymphedema in the observation group(9.43%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(24.53%) with statistical significance(P<0.05);the shoulder abduction and flexion in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Microwave combined with physiotherapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of lymphedema after breast cancer surgery, improve the range of shoulder motion, and has high application value.
