氯氧喹胶囊与CAP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对比晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用(环磷酰胺+阿霉素+顺铂)CAP方案与氯氧喹胶囊治疗的效果。方法选取2017年8月至2018年9月福建省肿瘤医院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者58例,按随机数表法分为观察组(氯氧喹胶囊治疗)和对照组(CAP方案治疗),各29例。对比治疗效果。结果两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率及临床症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯氧喹胶囊同CAP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效果相似,同时毒副作用少,可有效改善患者症状。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of CAP regimen and chloroxoquinoline capsule on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Totally 58 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Fujian Cancer Hospitalfrom August 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group(treated with chloroxoquinoline capsule)and a control group(treated with CAP regimen),with 29 cases in each group.and the therapeutic effects were comparedbetween the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in short-term effectsbetween the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and clinical symptom score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of chloroxoquinoline capsule was similar to the first-line treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer,with less toxicity and side effects,and can effectively improve the clinical symptom of patients.
