复方丹参片联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果及对患者神经功能、血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丹参片联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果及对患者神经功能与血脂水平的影响。方法:选择2016年1月-2018年6月本院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者72例作为研究对象,按抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予依达拉奉治疗,观察组给予复方丹参片联合依达拉奉治疗。治疗14 d后,比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后美国国卫院脑卒中评估表(NIHSS)评分及血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)、S-100β及血脂水平。随访6个月,比较两组复发率及病死率。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分、血清NSE、S-100β、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均低于治疗前,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、血清NSE、S-100β、TG、TC及LDL-C均低于对照组,而HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方丹参片联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中效果肯定,可有效改善患者的神经功能、血脂水平,降低近期复发率,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Compound Danshen Tablets combined with Edaravone on the treatment of ischemic stroke and its effect on neurological function and blood lipid level.Method:A total of 72 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by lottery,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Edaravone,and the observation group was treated with Compound Danshen Tablets combined with Edaravone.After 14 d of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the national institutes of health stroke assessment scale(NIHSS)score,serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S-100βand lipid levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Followed up for 6 months,the recurrence rate and mortality of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,higher than 77.78%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score,serum NSE,S-100β,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,while high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score,serum NSE,S-100β,TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Followed up for 6 months,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the case fatality rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen Tablets combined with Edaravone in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients have a positive effect,which can effectively improve the neurological function and lipid level of patients,and reduce the recent recurrence rate,it’s worth popularizing.
