干部教育混合培训模式实践探索——以湖南省干部教育培训网络学院为例

摘　　要：干部教育混合培训模式包括培训方式、培训内容、培训考核、培训活动、培训管理的线上线下相结合。湖南省干部教育培训网络学院探索出自主选学与集中轮训相结合、专题培训与知识培训相结合、网络学习与在岗自学及面授学习相结合、在线测试与线下考试相结合、在线提交学习论文与线下评审相结合的一系列做法。在应用干部教育混合培训模式时,要注重线上线下培训活动的统筹性、培训过程的实效性、培训内容的针对性、培训活动的安全性。The cadre education network training model needs to be innovated continuously in practice along with its development.Under the guidance of general learning theory and mixed learning theory,Hunan Provincial Cadre Education Training Network Institute combined the practice of cadres training on the network.This paper explores the mixed training model of cadre education.Its biggest feature is the online and offline combination of cadre education and training,giving full play to the advantages of traditional training methods and online training for cadre education.
