摘  要:目的:观察SET训练结合双侧下肢同步同向运动对脑卒中患者站立平衡能力的影响。方法:将2018年11月-2019年7月本院收治的60例脑卒中患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。两组均接受传统神经发育疗法训练,试验组配合SET训练结合双侧下肢同步同向运动。比较两组患者稳定指数(ST)值、平衡量表(BBS)评分以及跌倒量表(Morse)评分。结果:训练前,两组ST值、BBS评分以及Morse评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,试验组ST值与Morse评分均显著低于对照组,BBS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SET训练结合双侧下肢同步同向运动是一种有效的提高脑卒中患者站立平衡能力的方法。Objective:To observe the effect of SET training combined with bilateral lower extremity synchronous movement on the standing balance ability of stroke patients.Method:A total of 60 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to July 2019 were divided into the experimental group and the control group,according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.Both two groups received the traditional neurodevelopmental therapy training,the experimental group combined with set training and simultaneous movement of bilateral lower limbs.Stability index (ST),balance scale (BBS) score and fall scale (Morse) score of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in ST,BBS and Morse between two groups before training (P>0.05).After training,ST score and Morse score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,BBS score was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:SET training combined with bilateral lower extremity synchronous movement is an effective method to improve the standing balance ability of stroke patients.
