阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者的效果及其对血小板参数与安全性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者的效果及其对血小板参数与安全性的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月本院80例脑血栓患者。按照就诊时间顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组给予阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗,对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗。对比两组血脂指标、血清脂联素、治疗效果、血小板参数及不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组各血脂指标及血清脂联素比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)与低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均低于对照组,而脂联素高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血小板各项参数均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者效果显著,可降低血小板参数且具有一定安全性,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of Atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drug in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis and its effect on platelet parameters and safety.Method:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the time sequence of admitted,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drug,while the control group was treated with Atorvastatin.Serum lipid index,serum adiponectin,therapeutic effect,platelet parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in all serum lipid index and serum adiponectin between the two groups (P>0.05).After the treatment,total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while adiponectin was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,all platelet parameters in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drug has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis,can reduce platelet parameters and has certain safety,which is worthy of promotion.
