摘 要:目的优选百清胶囊浸膏的减压干燥工艺。方法以斯皮诺素和总皂苷含量及干燥速率的综合评分为考察指标,运用G1-熵权法确定各指标的权重系数,通过响应面实验考察影响因素真空度、干燥温度和物料铺盘厚度,优选减压干燥工艺。结果浸膏最佳减压干燥工艺条件为真空度0.07 MPa,干燥温度72℃,物料铺盘厚度6 mm。该条件下的减压干燥综合评分为98.49,模型预测值为97.81,RSD值为0.70%。结论优选的减压干燥工艺稳定、可行,可为百清胶囊的工业化生产提供数据支持。Objective To optimize the vacuum drying process for extract paste of Baiqing Capsules.Methods The comprehensive scores of the contents of sipinuosu,total saponins and drying rate were taken as the evaluation index.The weight coefficient of each index was determined by G1-entropy method.The number of influencing factors,the vacuum degree,drying temperature and material thickness were optimized through response surface experiment to optimize the vacuum drying process.Results The optimal vacuum drying parameters were as follows:the vacuum degree was 0.07 MPa,the drying temperature was 72℃,and the material thickness was 6 mm.Under these conditions,the average comprehensive score of vacuum drying was 98.49,while the model prediction value was 97.81,RSD was 0.70%.Conclusion The optimized vacuum drying process is stable and feasible,which can provide data support for industrialization of Baiqing Capsules.
