摘　　要：目的建立能同时检测天丹通络片中阿魏酸、丹参酮ⅡA和天麻素含量的HPLC法。方法色谱柱:Waters Sunfire C 18液相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:1 mL·L^-1磷酸溶液-乙腈梯度洗脱(洗脱程序:0~8 min,97%A;8~15 min,97%A^72%A;15~22 min,72%A;22~23 min,72%A^97%A);检测波长:225 nm;柱温:25℃;用外标法定量检测。结果阿魏酸、丹参酮ⅡA和天麻素质量浓度均在0.5~50.0μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好;相关系数r均大于0.9950;检出限分别为0.064,0.152和0.092μg·mL^-1;平均回收率分别为99.5%,100.6和99.8%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于天丹通络片中阿魏酸、丹参酮ⅡA和天麻素的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous content determination of ferulic acid,tanshinoneⅡA and gastrodin in Tiandan Tongluo Tablets.Methods Waters Sunfire C 18 was used as the column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with 1 mL·L^-1 phosphoric acid and acetonitrile as the mobile phase in a gradient elution mode(elution procedure:0~8 min,97%A;8~15 min,97%A^72%A;15~22 min,72%A;22~23 min,72%A^97%A).The column temperature was 25℃and the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm.External standard method was selected for quantitative detection.Results Ferulic acid,tanshinoneⅡA and gastrodin showed good linear relationships in the range 0.5-50.0μg·mL^-1 with correlation coefficients(r)all above 0.9950;their detection limits were 0.064,0.152 and 0.092μg·mL^-1;recoveries were 99.5%,100.6%and 99.8%.Conclusion The method was simple,quick,accurate and can be used for the determination of ferulic acid,tanshinoneⅡA and gastrodin in Tiandan Tongluo Tablets.
