摘 要:目的:探讨组织GST-π、p53蛋白及COX-2表达与肾癌的关系。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年6月本院80例肾癌患者为观察组,并选取同时期本院肾外伤及结石患者30例为对照组。比较两组组织GST-π、p53蛋白及COX-2表达情况,比较观察组中不同分期及分化程度患者组织GST-π、p53蛋白及COX-2表达情况,并分析组织GST-π、p53蛋白及COX-2表达与肾癌分期及分化程度的相关性。结果:观察组组织GST-π、p53蛋白及COX-2阳性表达率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中分期越高组织GST-π、p53蛋白及COX-2阳性表达率均越高(P<0.05)。观察组中,低分化患者的组织GST-π、p53蛋白及COX-2阳性表达率均高于中、高分化患者,中分化患者的阳性表达率均高于高分化患者(P<0.05)。组织GST-π、p53蛋白及COX-2与肾癌分期均呈正相关,与分化程度均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:组织GST-π、p53蛋白及COX-2在肾癌患者中呈现高表达状态,且与肾癌分期及分化程度均密切相关,在肾癌患者中的检测价值较高。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of tissue GST-π, p53 protein,COX-2 and renal cancer. Method: A total of 80 patients with renal cancer in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 30 patients with renal trauma and stones in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The expressions of tissue GST-π, p53 protein and COX-2 of two groups were compared. The expressions of tissue GST-π, p53 protein and COX-2 of patients with different stages and differentiation degree in the observation group were compared. And the relationship between the tissue GST-π, p53 protein, COX-2 and stages and differentiation degree of renal cancer were analyzed. Result: The positive expression rates of tissue GST-π, p53 protein and COX-2 of the observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05). The higher the stage in the observation group, the higher the positive expression rates of tissue GST-π, p53 protein and COX-2(P<0.05). In the observation group, the positive expression rates of GST-π, p53 protein and COX-2 in the tissues of the low differentiation were higher than those of the middle differentiated, and the positive expression rates of tissue GST-π, p53 protein and COX-2 in the middle differentiated were higher than those of the high differentiated(P<0.05). The expressions of tissue GST-π, p53 protein and COX-2 were positively correlated with renal cancer stages and negative correlation with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of tissue GST-π, p53 protein and COX-2 were highly expressed in renal cancer patients, and were closely related to the stage and differentiation of renal cancer, therefore, they were of high detection value in renal cancer patients.
