摘　　要：为进一步创新建筑工程技术专业人才培养模式,提出了教学训练科目按工程施工顺序对位技术员岗位技能要求的"人才培养通道"培养模式,并对其构建机理、方法和特点进行了研究,模式符合学生认知规律,技能培养效果良好。For the further innovation of the training model of construction engineering technical professionals,this paper puts forward the training model of "personnel training channel"for teaching and training programs to match the technical requirements of technicians according to the engineering construction sequence. The construction mechanism,method and characteristics of the model are also studied. The model conforms to the cognitive law of students,and the effect of skill training is good.
