摘　　要：随着科学技术和经济社会的快速发展,电子商务的应用越来越普遍,它的出现极大地改变了人们的工作和生活方式。在电子商务领域,非结构化的信息出现在电子商务领域的各个环节,从电商商品的上架展示、销售、物流和客户的评价等都出现了各种类型的非结构化信息,如何在大数据背景下有效地整理和使用这些非结构化信息,让它们更好地为电子商务企业的发展和客户提供更好的支持,是当前研究的重点。笔者从非结构化信息对电子商务的影响、如何在电子商务商品流通的过程中收集和整理相关信息、在大数据背景下非结构化信息在收集和整理过程遇到的问题和解决方案等方面进行了阐述,希望能为在大数据背景下应用非结构化信息提供有益的参考。With the rapid development of science and technology and economic society,the application of e-commerce is becoming more and more common,and its emergence has greatly changed people's work and life style.In the field of e-commerce,unstructured information appears in all aspects of the field of e-commerce.There are various types of unstructured information from e-commerce goods display,sales,logistics and customer evaluation.How to effectively organize and use these unstructured information in the context of big data,so that they can better provide for the development of e-commerce enterprises and customers Better support is the focus of current research.The author expounds the impact of unstructured information on e-commerce,how to collect and sort out relevant information in the process of e-commerce commodity circulation,the problems and solutions encountered in the process of collection and sorting out of unstructured information in the context of big data,and hopes to provide useful reference for the application of unstructured information in the context of big data.
