摘  要:针对企业现有设备-彩霸47XⅢ-NP胶印机,通过标准测试,利用压铅丝法对2种铜版纸和2种胶版纸在不同的印刷压力下进行实际印刷,得到样张。使用分光光度计测量样张,获取印刷压力与印刷质量参数的关系数据,并进行比较,从而获取各样张在该型号胶印机上最理想的印刷压力,即70 g/m^2胶版纸为0.073~0.090 mm,100 g/m^2胶版纸为0.097~0.121 mm,105 g/m^2铜版纸为0.073~0.090 mm,157 g/m^2铜版纸为0.119~0.136 mm.In order to promote the digitalization and standardization of the management of printing enterprises and improve the printing quality, aiming at the existing equipment of enterprises-Caiba 47 XⅢ-NP offset printing machine, through the standard test, the lead-press method was used to print 2 kinds of copperplate paper and 2 kinds of offset paper under different printing pressure. The relationship between the printing pressure and the printing quality parameters was obtained by measuring the sample sheets with spectrophotometer, and then the best printing pressure of each sheet on the offset press was obtained, that is,the 70 g/m^2 offset paper was 0.073-0.090 mm, the 100 g/m^2 offset paper was 0.097-0.121 mm, the 105 g/m^2 copper paper was 0.073-0.090 mm, and the 157 g/m^2 copper paper was 0.119-0.136 mm.
