运动疗法联合臭氧治疗膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的临床效果分析与研究

摘　　要：以探究运动疗法联合臭氧治疗膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的临床效果为目的。选择2017年4月2019年4月来我校合作医院接受治疗的172例膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者为研究对象。在恢复期内,对照组接受臭氧注射治疗。观察组在此基础上接受运动康复治疗。相较于对照组,观察组患者干预后IDKC、Tegner以及Lysholm分数的改善情况明显更好。对照组治疗有效率为72.1%,观察组为88.4%,两组相比,P<0.05。对前交叉韧带损伤患者应用臭氧联合运动康复治疗能够取得满意成效,此法安全性强,有效性高,值得进一步推广。To explore the clinical effect of exercise therapy combined with ozone in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury of knee joint.From April 2017 to April 2019,172 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury were selected as the study subjects.In the recovery period,the control group received ozone injection treatment,on this basis,the observation group received exercise rehabilitation treatment.Compared with the control group,the improvement of IDKC,Tegner and Lysholm scores in the observation group was significantly better.The effective rate was 72.1%in the control group and 88.4%in the observation group,P<0.05.Ozone combined with exercise rehabilitation can achieve satisfactory results in patients with ACL injury.This method is safe and effective,which is worth further promotion.
