摘 要:为确定草麻黄根多酚的最佳提取工艺条件,选取提取试剂浓度、浸泡时间和料液比开展单因素试验,在此基础上进行正交试验,优化草麻黄根多酚物质的提取工艺。结果表明:在料液比1∶30、乙醇浓度60%以及浸泡时间15 h的条件下,草麻黄根多酚提取效果最佳,测得草麻黄根多酚得率为0.5860 mg/g。研究结果为今后草麻黄根的开发利用提供了参考数据。In order to determine the optimal extraction conditions for polyphenols from Ephedre sinica root,a single factor test was performed using the concentration of the extraction reagent,the soaking time and the material-liquid ratio as evaluative indicators.Based on the single factor test,orthogonal experiments were performed to optimize the extraction process of polyphenols from Ephedre sinica root.The results showed that the best extraction performance with polyphenols yield of 0.5860 mg/g was obtained under the conditions of the material-liquid ratio of 1:30,the ethanol concentration of 60%,and the soaking time of 15 h.This study provides references for the future development and utilization of Ephedre sinica root.
