摘　　要：目的探讨"一带一路"流动眼科手术车短期规模化白内障手术的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析柳州市红十字会医院援外医疗队在执行国家"一带一路"柬埔寨磅湛省消除白内障任务时完成的421例522眼手术的临床资料。对比观察术前和术后1~3天的视力变化及术中、术后并发症发生情况。结果421例522眼手术中514眼行白内障超声乳化摘除术,8眼行囊外摘除术;术后第1天501眼的裸眼视力较术前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(Z=-25.131,P<0.01)。6眼术中未行人工晶体植入,其中5眼为超高度近视眼,1眼为晶状体半脱位,余516眼均行人工晶体植入术。所有患者均未发生眼内炎和晶体掉入玻璃体腔等严重并发症。结论眼科流动手术车在"一带一路"沿线国家开展短期规模化白内障手术是安全有效的。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of"the Belt and Road"mobile ophthalmic operation vehicle cataract surgery for short-term and large-scale.Methods The clinical data of 522 cataract operations performed by the foreign aid medical team of Liuzhou Red Cross hospital during the national"the Belt and Road"task of eliminating cataract in Kampong Cham province,Cambodia were retrospectively analyzed for the comparison of the changes of visual acuity before and 1-3 days after operation and complications.Intraocular lens implantation was not performed in 6 eyes,5 eyes were ultra-high myopia,1 eye was lens subluxation,and the other 516 eyes were intraocular lens implantation.No serious complications such as endophthalmitis and lens falling into vitreous cavity occurred in all patients.Results In 522 eyes of 421 cases,phacoemulsification was performed in 514 eyes and extracapsular extraction was performed in 8 eyes.The visual acuity of 501 eyes the 1 st day after surgery were significantly higher than that before operation(Z=-25.131,P<0.01).Intraocular lens implantation was not performed in 6 eyes,among which 5 eyes were hypermyopia,1 eye was crystal subluxation,and the rest 516 eyes were all treated with intraocular lens implantation.No serious complications such as endophthalmitis and lens falling into the vitreous cavity were observed in all patients.Conclusion It is safe and effective to carry out short-term and large-scale cataract surgery in mobile ophthalmic operating vehicles for countries along the"the Belt and Road".
