摘　　要：目的探讨MxA在基底样乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法回顾性收集66例基底细胞样型乳腺癌和22例对应淋巴结转移癌,92例乳腺非基底样型浸润性导管癌组织为对照组,用免疫组化法检测MxA的表达,分析MxA和基底细胞样型乳腺癌临床病理特征、肿瘤间质浸润性淋巴细胞及Ki-67增殖指数的关系,并探讨MxA在基底细胞样型乳腺癌原发灶、转移灶和乳腺非基底样型浸润性导管癌的表达差异。结果在基底细胞样型乳腺癌中,MxA蛋白阳性表达率为51.5%,高于乳腺非基底样型浸润性导管癌组(33.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并与肿瘤间质浸润性淋巴细胞密度、pTNM分期相关(P<0.05),与其他临床病理特征均不相关(P>0.05);MxA在基底细胞样型乳腺癌淋巴结转移癌中的表达低于原发灶,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MxA在基底细胞样型乳腺癌中高表达,并可能和肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞相互作用,在肿瘤进展过程中发挥了一定的抑癌作用。Objective To investigate the expression of MxA in basal breast cancer(BCC) and its clinical significance. Methods 66 cases of BCC, 22 cases of BCC with lymph node metastasis and 92 cases of non basal invasive ductal carcinoma were collected from the pathology department of the First Central Hospital in Baoding city. The expression of MxA was detected by immunohistochemistry. The clinicopathological characteristics and Ki-67 proliferation index, were measured and documented. The difference of MxA expression in BCC with and withoutlymph node metastasis, as well as normal breast tissues were compared.Results The positive expression rate of MxA protein in basal breast cancer was 51.5%, which was higher than that in non BCC group(33.7%)(P<0.05) and was related to the tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and pTNM. Expression of MxA in lymph node metastasis was lower than that in the primary tumor, but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion MxA is highly expressed in BCC and may interact with tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, which may play a role in inhibiting BCC progression.
