摘 要:大学生的心理健康已经成为一个关键问题,大学生群体是一个看似很轻松,但实际上却承受很大压力的团体。如在学习成绩、独立生活能力、人际交往关系、就业等多重大山的压迫下,大学生的心理健康已经出现了极大的问题。如何减少大学生的心理问题是各高校无法避免且十分紧迫的问题,也是各高校需要高度重视的问题。本文通过分析在校大学生心理问题现状,找出大学生存在的心理问题,并针对相应的心理问题提出解决方法,协助问题大学生走出阴霾。本文希望可以对改善当代大学生心理问题现状、改正大学生的心理问题做出一些微薄的贡献,以期对当代大学生起到有益的作用,并为他们提供帮助。The mental health of college students has become a key issue.College students are a group that seems to be very relaxed,but in fact is under a lot of pressure.For example,under the pressure of academic performance,independent living ability,interpersonal relationship,employment and other multiple mountains,the mental health of college students has emerged great problems.How to reduce the psychological problems of students is a very urgent problem that colleges and universities can not avoid,but also a problem that colleges and universities need to attach great importance to.This paper analyzes the current situation of college students'psychological problems,finds out which psychological problems exist in college students,and puts forward solutions to the corresponding psychological problems to help students out of the haze.The writer hopes that this article can improve the current situation of college students'psychological problems,correct their psychology,make some modest contributions,and play a useful role in providing help to college students.
