摘 要:为提高汽车侧面碰撞的耐撞性,以车门防撞梁为研究对象,基于三点弯曲试验搭建有限元模型,对比4种防撞梁的仿真结果。综合考虑质量、材料、结构以及成本因素,分析各防撞梁的吸能特性和抗弯能力,为今后车门防撞梁的选型提供可借鉴的方法。研究结果表明:同种材料的防撞梁,随着厚度的增加,性能越好;热成型钢与冷成型超高强钢性能差距不大,但成本相对较高;W型防撞梁的抗弯性能优于管状防撞梁。To improve the crashworthiness of vehicle side impact,the side door beam is taken as the research object.A finite element model based on a three-point bending test is constructed and the simulation results of four crash beams are compared.With the consideration of mass,material properties,structure and cost,the energy absorption and bending resistance of door beams are compared with each other,which can be used for reference of choosing the best door beam.The result shows that the door beam has better properties with the increasing of sheet thickness.The hot stamped door beam has similar properties to the typical high strength door beam,but it costs more.The bending resistance of door beam with W shape is better than tube shape.
