高校物资采购管理现状及体系优化研究

摘　　要：教育事业是立国之本,物资采购管理是高校正常运行的必备条件之一,其教学相关设施对提升教学质量,创新教学内容有着关键性影响。因此,我国各大高校需加深对物资采购管理工作的重视程度。本文针对高校物资采购管理现状进行了分析,并指出当前物资环节所存在的问题,进而明确物资管理需提升与改革的目标。从采购人员管理体系、相应分级采购措施、监督采购流程机制、管理队伍专业水平、招投标采购流程提出相应优化策略,希望能够对高校物资采购管理体系具有积极促进作用。This paper analyzes the current situation of material procurement management in colleges and universities,and points out the problems existing in the current material links,and then clarifies the objectives of material management and reform.From the procurement personnel management system,the corresponding grading procurement measures,the supervision of the procurement process mechanism,the management team professional level,the bidding procurement process,the corresponding optimization strategy is proposed,and it is hoped that it can positively promote the material procurement management system of colleges and universities.
