新生儿泪囊炎联合治疗时机的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察新生儿泪囊炎联合治疗及最佳泪道探通手术时机。方法:2014年3月-2019年2月收治新生儿泪囊炎患儿155例,均采用泪囊区按摩联合妥布霉素滴眼液或盐酸洛美沙星滴眼液治疗2周,对未愈患儿按病情给予泪道加压冲洗及泪道探通术。比较各方式临床疗效。结果:随访半年泪囊按摩联合滴眼液治愈率为16.4%,联合泪道加压冲洗治愈率为83.2%,泪道探通术治愈率为95.8%,总有效率为99.4%。结论:对新生儿泪囊炎患儿及时采用泪囊按摩、滴消炎眼液治疗均有效;轻中度炎症者及时联合泪道加压冲洗,可明显提高疗效;对黏脓较多者,炎症控制后及时行泪道探通术,疗效肯定,操作相对容易、安全、组织损伤小、费用低。Objective:To observe the combined treatment of dacryocystitis in neonates and the best time for the operation of probing the lacrimal passage.Methods:From March 2014 to February 2019,155 cases of neonates with dacryocystitis were enrolled,they were treated with dacryocystal area massage combined with tobramycin eye drops or lomefloxacin hydrochloride eye drops for 2 weeks,lacrimal duct pressure irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage were performed on uncured children according to their condition.The clinical efficacy of the two ways was compared.Results:The cure rate of dacryocystal massage combined with eye drops during a follow-up of six months was 16.4%,the cure rate of combined lacrimal duct pressure irrigation was 83.2%,the cure rate of probing of lacrimal passage was 95.8%and the total effective was 99.4%.Conclusion:It is effective to use dacryocyst massage and anti-inflammatory eye drops in neonates with dacryocystitis;Neonates with mild to moderate inflammation were given combination of lacrimal duct pressure irrigation can obviously improve the curative effect;For neonates with more mucous pus,after the control of inflammation,the timely operation of lacrimal passage exploration,the effect is positive,the operation is relatively easy and safe,the tissue damage is small,the cost is low.
