B超引导下穿刺置管引流在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析B超引导下穿刺置管引流在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年2月收治重症急性胰腺炎患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。参考组接受常规治疗;研究组在常规治疗基础上接受B超引导下穿刺置管引流治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组血清淀粉酶、体温、血清CRP恢复正常时间及积液消失时间均短于参考组,并发症发生率低于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在B超引导下进行穿刺置管引流具有安全高效、方便、微创等特点,有助于缩短各项临床指标改善时间,且能够减少相关并发症。Objective:To analyze the effect of puncture and drainage under the guidance of B-ultrasound in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:62 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected from March 2018 to February 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 31 cases in each group.The reference group received routine treatment,while the study group received puncture and drainage under the guidance of B-ultrasound on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The time of serum amylase,body temperature,serum CRP returning to normal and the disappearance time of effusion in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Puncture and drainage under the guidance of B-ultrasound is safe,efficient,convenient and minimally invasive,which is helpful to shorten the improvement time of clinical indexes and reduce related complications.
