摘  要:目的:探讨宫颈癌筛查高危妇女对宫颈癌病变的认知程度及影响因素。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治妇产科患者400例,展开回归性分析,采用医院自行设计的问卷调查方法,指导患者填写问卷,分析认知程度之间的差异,并对原因进行分析。结果:患者对于宫颈癌筛查知识掌握中,认知中等状态占比最高(60%),从女性首次接受宫颈癌筛查的方式来看,被动地因为自身疾病原因和医生建议接受检查的发生率较高(87.75%),年龄、收入水平、文化程度及社会支持影响均较大。结论:年龄、文化程度、收入水平等均会对宫颈筛查的重视程度产生影响,需要针对上述原因展开分析,制定适宜的干预措施,将宫颈癌筛查进行普及,提升女性对宫颈癌的认知程度,及时预防疾病。Objective:To explore the cognitive level and influencing factors of high-risk women in cervical cancer screening.Methods:400 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients were selected from January 2018 to January 2019,and regression analysis was carried out.The self-designed questionnaire survey method was used to guide patients to fill in the questionnaire,we analyzed the differences between cognitive levels,and analyzed the causes.Results:In the knowledge of cervical cancer screening,the proportion of patients with middle cognitive state was the highest(60%).In terms of the way that women were screened for cervical cancer for the first time,the incidence of passive examination due to their own diseases and doctors'recommendations was higher(87.75%),age,income level,education level and social support had great influence.Conclusion:Age,education level,income level and so on will affect the importance of cervical screening.We need to analyze the above reasons,develop appropriate intervention measures,popularize cervical screening,improve women's awareness of cervical cancer,and prevent diseases in time.
