摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素32(IL-32)基因多态性和慢性牙周炎(CP)易感性的关系。方法选取487例CP患者作为观察组,530例健康个体作为对照组。检测所有研究对象外周血IL-32基因3个位点(rs28372698、rs12934561、rs11861531)基因型以及血清IL-32水平。结果两组IL-32基因位点rs28372698基因型、等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其他两个位点基因型、等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组血清IL-32水平高于对照组(P<0.05),且位点rs28372698 AT和TT基因型CP患者血清IL-32表达水平高于AA基因型CP患者(P<0.05)。结论IL-32基因位点rs28372698多态性可能增加了CP易感性,其中等位基因A/T变异或与CP的发病有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin 32(IL-32)gene polymorphism and susceptibility to chronic periodontitis(CP).Methods A total of 487 patients with CP were enrolled as observation group,and 530 healthy individuals as control group.The genotypes of three loci(rs28372698,rs12934561,and rs1186153)of peripheral blood IL-32 gene as well as serum IL-32 level were detected in all subjects.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in genotype and allele frequency at IL-32 locus rs28372698(P<0.05),whereas no statistically significant differences were found between the two groups in genotype or allele frequency at other two loci(all P>0.05).The observation group had a higher serum IL-32 level than the control group(P<0.05),and moreover,CP patients with genotypes AT and TT at locus rs28372698 experienced higher serum IL-32 expression levels as compared with CP patients with genotype AA(P<0.05).Conclusions The polymorphism of IL-32 locus rs28372698 may contribute to an increased susceptibility to CP,allele A/T variation may be responsible for the occurrence of CP.
