摘　　要：铅球出手时的高度、角度、速度是影响投掷距离的三大要素。通过理论分析、模拟仿真和实验测量,研究了高度、角度、速度对铅球投掷距离的影响,并对学生练习铅球提出了初步建议。The height,angle and speed of shot put are the three main factors that affect the distance of throwing.Through theoretical analysis,simulation and experimental measurement,this paper studies the influence of height,angle and speed on the distance of throwing,and puts forward preliminary suggestions for students to practice shot put.
