摘 要:转体混凝土斜拉桥转体梁段施工一般为分节段支架现浇。在张拉预应力束时,模板与现浇梁由于接触存在一定的摩阻力,造成有效预应力施加不足。以某转体斜拉桥实际工程为依托,建立现浇梁与模板面面接触非线性有限元模型,对比分析不同摩阻系数下底板横向应力及竖向位移。结果表明,摩阻效应会造成底板横向压应力减小、拉应力增大,底板横向中心处竖向位移增大、两端位移减小。在一定的摩阻效应下,其对现浇梁横向应力状态的影响是不能忽视的。The concrete cable-stayed bridge adopts the flat rotation construction,in which the rotating beam section is generally scaffold in-site.When the prestressed beam is tensioned,the template and the cast-in-situ beam have a certain frictional resistance due to contact,resulting in insufficient effective prestressing.Based on the actual engineering of a swivel cable-stayed bridge,a nonlinear finite element model of the contact between the cast-in-place beam and the template surface is established,and the lateral stress and displacement of the bottom plate under different friction coefficients are compared and analyzed.The results show that the frictional effect will reduce the lateral compressive stress of the bottom plate and increase the tensile stress.The vertical displacement at the lateral center of the bottom plate will increase and the displacement at both ends will decrease.Under certain frictional effects,its influence on the lateral effective prestress of cast-in-place beams cannot be ignored.
