摘 要:在全球智能制造的大背景下,高端数控人才需求日益增加,对数控技术人才的培养提出了更多新要求,应用型本科院校的数控技术专业应抓住这次新一轮工业革命的机会。本文对科学制定人才培养目标及人才培养方案,合理优化课程体系,采用多样化教学方式,深化校企合作,加强智能制造实习实训基地建设方面提出合理化建议,为智能制造背景下的数控技术人才培养研究提供有益探索。Under the background of global intelligent manufacturing,the demand for high-end CNC talents is increasing,and more new requirements have been put forward for the training of numerical control technical talents,the numerical control technology specialty of applied undergraduate colleges should seize the opportunity of this new round of industrial revolution.This paper makes scientific research on scientifically formulating talent training objectives and personnel training programs,rationally optimizing curriculum system,adopting diversified teaching methods,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and strengthening the construction of practice training base for intelligent manufacturing,which will provide beneficial exploration for the research of numerical control technology talents training under the background of intelligent manufacturing.
