棉纺精梳机分离罗拉动力学分析

摘　　要：研究棉纺精梳机分离罗拉驱动力矩变化规律。通过对精梳机分离接合过程中分离钳口的力学分析,得到了分离过程中牵伸力与后分离钳口握持力的关系。建立分离罗拉的动力学模型及分离牵伸力的数学模型,获得了精梳机一个工作周期内分离罗拉驱动力矩的变化规律,分析了精梳机的速度对分离罗拉驱动力矩的影响。结果表明:分离罗拉的驱动力矩由分离罗拉惯性力矩、牵伸力矩及胶辊阻力矩构成,分离罗拉惯性力矩起主导作用;分离罗拉惯性力矩变化规律取决于分离罗拉角加速度;牵伸力矩的大小对分离罗拉驱动力矩峰值没有影响,但会使谷值减小;随着精梳机速度的提高,分离罗拉驱动力矩的峰值及谷值迅速增大。认为:认清棉纺精梳机分离罗拉驱动力矩的变化规律,有助于提高精梳机的设计制造水平。The change principle of driving torque for the detaching roller in cotton spinning comber was studied.Through the mechanical analyses in the detaching bite during the detaching and joining process of comber,the relationship between drafting force and the gripping force of the back-detaching bite during the detaching process was obtained.The dynamical model of detaching roller and the mathematical model of detaching drafting force were established.The change rule of detaching roller driving torque in comber during a work cycle was obtained.The influence of comber speed on the detaching roller driving torque was analyzed.The test results showed that the driving torque of detaching roller was consisted of inertia moment of the detaching roller,driving torque and resisting moment of the rubber-covered roll.The inertia moment of detaching roller played a lead role.The change rule of the inertia moment of detaching roller was depended on the angular acceleration of the detaching roller.The value of the drafting torque had no influence on the peak value of driving torque for detaching roller.But the valley value would be decreased.As the increase of comber speed,the peak value and valley value of the driving torque of detaching roller were rapidly increased.It is considered that well knowing the change rule of driving torque for the detaching roller in cotton spinning comber is beneficial to improve the design and manufacture level of comber.
