摘  要:采用连苯三酚和间苯二酚对木质素进行酚化改性,使改性木质素的酚羟基含量增加,有利于纤维素酶的吸附应用。结果表明,经酚化改性后,木质素间苯二酚和木质素连苯三酚的最大吸附纤维素酶量分别为842.1 mg/g和911.4 mg/g。与原始酶活相比,木质素间苯二酚和木质素连苯三酚吸附的纤维素酶的酶活保留率分别为57%和38%。通过调节pH值为10,吸附的纤维素酶极易从木质素衍生物中分离。为全面解释纤维素酶吸附机理,对木质素衍生物的物化性质进行了表征。In this study,the lignin was modified by pyrogallol and resorcinol to increase the content of phenolic hydroxyl thereby in favour of cellulase adsorption application.After phenolation,the maximum adsorption cellulase capacity of lignoresorcinol and lignopyrogallol were 842.1 mg/g and 911.4 mg/g,respectively.Compared with original cellulase activity,the activity of the adsorbed cellulase on lignoresorcinol and lignopyrogallol still retained 57% and 38%.The adsorbed cellulase was easily separated from the lignin derivatives by adginting the pH value 10.Moreover,the physic-chemical properties of the lignin derivatives were characterized for explaining the cellulase adsorption mechanism.
