摘 要:无人直升机因其机动灵活的飞行方式,得到了广泛应用。V带作为轻型无人直升机传动系统中的重要组件,与齿轮减速器相比,具有轻量化和传动比选择范围较宽等优势。为了提高V带传动组件的可靠性,并为直升机在线监测提供理论基础,阐述了V带张紧机构的设计原则,并对V带张紧机构进行了参数化建模。最后,采用MATLAB软件对该参数模型进行了仿真分析,结果表明V带设计参数对V带基线长度与张紧机构工作行程之间关系曲线的影响很小。Unmanned helicopters have been widely used for their flexible flight mode.The V-belt is an important component in the transmission system of the light unmanned helicopter.Compared with the gear reducer,it has the advantages of light weight and wide selection of transmission ratio.In order to improve the reliability of the V-belt transmission components and provide a theoretical basis for the helicopter online monitoring system,the design principle of V-belt tensioning mechanism was expounded.The parameter model of V-belt tensioning mechanism was established.Finally,the parameter model was analyzed using the MATLAB software.Results show that the influence of the V-belt design parameters on the relation curve between the V-belt baseline length and the tensioning mechanism work stroke is small.
