摘  要:以吉红6、吉红10、辽红4、辽红8和农安红5种东北地区红小豆为材料,以蒸馏水为对照,用32.5,65,97.5,130 mmol/L的NaCl溶液分别处理红小豆7 d,测定红小豆幼苗的根长、芽长、侧根数、根重、芽重、发芽势、发芽率和根系活力等生长生理指标,探究不同浓度盐溶液对红小豆幼苗生长情况的影响.结果表明,吉红6、吉红10、辽红8的发芽率在低浓度盐溶液胁迫下呈上升趋势,辽红4和农安红呈下降趋势,而在高浓度盐溶液胁迫下发芽率呈下降趋势且各浓度之间差异显著.根长、芽长、侧根数等生长指标均随盐溶液浓度的升高而降低.说明高浓度盐溶液胁迫对5种红小豆种子的萌发有抑制作用,且浓度越高抑制作用越明显.在低浓度盐溶液胁迫下,根系活力先升高后降低,耐盐性高的吉红10和辽红8的各指标均显著高于耐盐性弱的辽红4、吉红6和农安红,相同浓度盐溶液胁迫下,根系活力和发芽率成正比,在盐溶液浓度为130 mmol/L时,吉红10、辽红8、吉红6、辽红4、农安红的发芽率分别为43.33%,40.00%,36.67%,28.89%,7.78%.Taking five kinds of red kidney beans of Jihong 6,Jihong 10,Liaohong 4,Liaohong 8 and Nong’anhong as materials,and distilled water as comparison,the article processed separately for 7 days with 32.5,65,97.5,130 mmol/L NaCl solution to determine the growth physiological indexes such as root length,shoot length,number of lateral roots,root weight,shoot weight,germination potential,germination rate and root activity of Adzuki bean seedlings and explore the effects of different salt solution concentrations on the growth of Adzuki bean seedlings.The results showed that the germination rate of Jihong 6,Jihong 10 and Liaohong 8 increased,and Liaohong 4 and Nong’anhong showed a downward trend under the stress of low concentration salt solution,a downward trend showed under stress of high concentration of salt solution and significant difference occurred between the concentrations.Growth indexes such as root length,bud length and number of lateral roots decreased with increasing salt solution concentration.It indicated that the high concentration of salt solution inhibited the germination of five kinds of red bean seeds,and the higher the concentration,the more obvious the inhibition.Root activity increased first and then decreased,and Jihong 10 and Liaohong 8 with high salt tolerance were significantly higher than those of Liaohong 4,Jihong 6 and Nong’anhong,which were weak in salt tolerance.Root activity and germination rate are proportional to the same concentration of salt solution.When the concentration of the salt solution was 130 mmol/L,the germination rates of Jihong 10,Liaohong 8,Jihong 6,Liaohong 4 and Nong’anhong were 43.33%,40.00%,36.67%,28.89%,7.78%,respectively.
