摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织中MACC1蛋白表达的临床病理意义。方法收集乳腺导管增生组织40例,导管原位癌15例乳腺浸润性导管癌和55例,采用免疫组织化学的方法检测中MACC1蛋白的表达,比较三组中MACC1蛋白的表达水平差异。结果在乳腺导管增生组织中MACC1蛋白均为阴性表达,55例乳腺浸润癌组织中有45例为阳性表达,15例原位癌中有2例阳性表达,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同乳腺癌的病灶直径、组织学分级和淋巴结是否转移组间,MACC1蛋白表达不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MACC1蛋白的阳性表达及表达缺失对于评价乳腺癌的恶性程度、转移及预后有显著的临床价值。Objective To explore the expression of MACC1 in breast cancer and its clinicopathologic significance.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of MACC1 in 55 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of breast,15 with ductal carcinoma in situ and 40 with ductal hyperplasia.The expression levels of MACC1 were compared among the three groups.Results The expression of MACC1 in all 40 ductal hyperplasia of breast was negative.There were 45 cases of 55 in invasive ductal carcinoma and 2 cases of 15 ductal carcinoma in situ showing positive expression.The differences among the three groups were significant(P<0.05).MACC1 expression level was closely correlated with diameter of tumor,histological grade,and lymph node metastasis and had no correlation with age of the patients.Conclusion MACC1 expression and lack of expression in breast cancer have obvious clinical significance for evaluation of malignant degree,metastasis,and prognosis of the cancer.
