摘 要:为了实现低碳铬铁冶炼时间的必要缩短,分别建立氩氧精炼低碳铬铁过程中碳含量降低速率与温度变化速率与氧气供给速度之间的机理模型方程,且根据不同碳含量阶段的供氧速率构造专家控制系统,实现内模控制器滤波器时间常数的自调节,建立了基于专家内模的氩氧精炼低碳铬铁的碳含量终点控制系统。仿真结果表明:该系统能够在实现内模控制稳态无误差的基础上,进一步提高系统的动态响应,有效缩短了整个氩氧精炼铬铁合金的冶炼时间。在内模控制的基础上结合使用专家控制的方法对解决输出和扰动均不可测一类工业对象的控制问题具有一定借鉴作用。The mechanism model equations between the rate of carbon content reduction and the rate of temperature change and the rate of oxygen supply in the process of argon-oxygen refining of low-carbon ferrochromium were established.The expert control system was constructed according to the rate of oxygen supply in different stages of carbon content to realize the self-regulation of the filter time constant of internal model controller.Thus,an endpoint control system of carbon content for low carbon ferrochrome refining by argon and oxygen in expert internal model was established.The simulation results show that the system can further improve the dynamic response of the system and effectively shorten the smelting time of the whole argon-oxygen refining ferrochromium alloy on the basis of realizing the steady-state error-free internal model control.In summary,the method can be used for reference to solve series control problems of unmeasurable output and disturbance industrial objects.
