摘 要:在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验优化了管花肉苁蓉药渣中多糖的提取工艺,并对其体外抗氧化活性进行了初步研究。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度90℃、料液比1∶50(g∶mL)、提取时间2.0 h,在此条件下,管花肉苁蓉多糖提取率为5.76%;管花肉苁蓉多糖具有较高的抗氧化活性,其对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基具有清除能力,对铜离子有较强的还原能力。该提取方法简便易行,节能环保,适用于管花肉苁蓉多糖的提取。On the basis of single-factor experiments,we optimized the extraction process of polysaccharides from Cistanche tubulosa residue by orthogonal experiments,and preliminarily evaluated their antioxidant activity in vitro.The results show that the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Cistanche tubulosa is 5.76%under the optimal extraction conditions as follows:the extraction temperature of 90℃,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶50(g∶mL),and the extraction time of 2.0 h.The polysaccharides from Cistanche tubulosa have high antioxidant activity,have scavenging ability to DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals,and have strong ability in reducing copper ions.The extraction method is simple,feasible,energy saving,and environmentally friendly,which is suitable for the extraction of polysaccharides from Cistanche tubulosa.
