摘 要:随着我国城市化进程的不断发展,交通拥堵不再仅仅局限于城市中心地区的城市道路,交通拥堵开始向郊区发展,并向城市公路网蔓延。运用交通经济学的研究方法,以公路网的交通运行状态为基本研究视角,选取宁波市作为案例,探讨公路网交通拥堵核的识别。研究结果表明,当宁波市公路网某节点的路段拥挤度大于其所属道路的拥挤度临界值,这个节点处就会存在交通拥堵。并且交通拥堵与地区经济发展水平有着密切联系,例如宁波市的交通量的增长是随着GDP的波动而变化的,且两者之间呈现出一种社会经济的单位交通量随着GDP的增长而逐渐降低的关系。本文的基本结论是当公路网某节点的路段拥挤度大于其所属道路的拥挤度临界值,这个节点处所形成的局部网络就会成为路网的拥堵核。在针对宁波市公路网交通运行状态的研究中,拥堵核的识别方法能准确识别出公路网中的拥堵核,真实地反映公路网的运行情况。With the continuous development of urbanization in China,traffic congestion is no longer confined to urban roads in urban central areas.Traffic congestion has begun to develop to suburban areas and spread to urban road network.By means of traffic economics method and from the basic study perspective of traffic operation status of highway network,Ningbo City is selected as a case to discuss the identification of traffic congestion core in highway network.The results show that when the congestion degree of a node of Ningbo highway network is greater than the critical value of congestion degree of its own road,there will be traffic congestion at this node.And traffic congestion is closely related to the level of regional economic development.For example,the growth of traffic volume in Ningbo varies with the fluctuation of GDP,and there is a relationship between them that the unit traffic volume of social economy decreases gradually with the growth of GDP.The basic conclusion of this paper is that when the congestion degree of a road node is greater than the critical value of the congestion degree of the road it belongs to,the local network formed at this node will become the congestion core of the road network.In the study of traffic operation status of Ningbo highway network,the identification method of congestion core can accurately identify the congestion core in the highway network and truly reflect the operation status of the highway network.
