摘　　要：目的:探讨低危险度胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)的CT表现。方法:收集35例经病理确诊的GISTs患者的临床及影像资料,根据病理结果分为低危险度组14例,中高危险度组21例。比较2组肿瘤的部位、最大径、密度、形态、囊变程度、生长方式、强化程度等。结果:2组肿瘤最大径、形态、囊变程度、强化程度等差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而肿瘤部位、生长方式、平扫实质部分CT值差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:低危险度GISTs的CT表现不同于中高危险度,具有良性特征。Objective:To study the CT performance of the low-risk gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs).Methods:Data of 35 patients with pathological diagnosis of GISTs were collected.Fourteen cases with low risk of pathological diagnosis were selected as the study group.Twenty-one cases with intermediate or high risk were used as the control group.The CT images of tumor site,size,density,morphology,degree of cystic degeneration,growth mode and enhancement degree of contrast-enhanced scan were retrospectively compared between the two groups by statistical methods.Results:The different between the 2 groups of patients with GISTs in size,morphology,degree of cystic degeneration,and degree of enhanced CT manifestations were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were no significant difference between the two groups in the tumor location,growth mode(P>0.05).Conclusion:The low risk GISTs of the CT image performance is different from the medium and high risk,the CT image performance has the characteristics of benign.
