摘　　要：科技成果转化是科技转变成现实生产力的重要途径。自2015年《促进科技成果转化法》修订出台,经过几年的发展,全国科技成果转化工作迅猛发展,为促进产业发展,企业创新能力提升,起到了重要作用。但通过分析科研开发机构与高等院校科技成果转化现状,不难发现科技成果转化仍旧存在不少理念、体制及机制上的问题。文章简要总结了一些制约科研开发机构与高等院校科技成果转化发展的问题,提出了若干的对策,以期能为我国科技成果转化工作发展提供些许借鉴。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important way to transform science and technology into real productive forces.Since the revision and promulgation of the law on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in 2015,after several years of development,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements across the country has witnessed rapid development,which has played an important role in promoting industrial development and enhancing the innovation capacity of enterprises.However,by analyzing the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in research and development institutions and institutions of higher learning,it is not difficult to find that there are still many problems in the concept,system and mechanism of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This paper briefly summarizes some problems restricting the transformation and developments of scientific research and development institutions and institutions of higher learning,and puts forward some countermeasures,hoping to provide some reference for the transformation and development of scientific and technological achievements in China.
