摘  要:目的分析急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和胱抑素C(Cys-C)检测的临床价值。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月在吉林大学第二医院神经内科收治的779例急性脑梗死患者(观察组)和50名健康体检者(对照组)为研究对象,分析两组患者血清Hcy与Cys-C的水平及与脑梗死的相关性。结果观察组血清Hcy和Cys-C水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy水平与胱抑素C水平呈正相关(r=0.198,P<0.05);急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy和Cys-C联合检测阳性率(59.56%)明显高于单项检查Hcy的阳性率(48.40%)和Cys-C阳性率(27.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy和Cys-C的检测结果,尤其是两者的联合检测对急性脑梗死患者的预防、早期诊断和治疗具有重要的临床价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of detection of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and cystatin C(cystinC)in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 779 patients with acute cerebral infarction(observation group)and 50 healthy patients(control group)admitted to the Department of Neurology,Second Hospital of Jilin University from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.Analysis serum levels of Hcy and Cys-C and their association with cerebral infarction.Results The levels of serum Hcy and Cys-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between serum Hcy level and cystatin C level in patients with acute cerebral infarction(r=0.198,P<0.05);the positive rate of combined detection of serum Hcy and Cys-C in patients with acute cerebral infarction(59.56%)was significantly higher than the positive rate of Hcy(48.40%)and Cys-C positive rate(27.60%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection results of serum Hcy and Cys-C,especially the combined detection of the two have important clinical value for the prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
