摘  要:冲击电阻分压器是测量压敏电阻(Metal Oxide Varistor,MOV)残压必不可少的设备之一,为了测量残压的准确性,利用三组不同分压器对高压臂电阻值优选范围进行试验研究,同时在源阻抗为0.45Ω和1.1Ω的8/20μs波形冲击电流发生器下进行MOV残压试验。试验结果表明冲击电压发生器源阻抗低时,A、B、C三组分压器在20kA下测得残压不会发生分压比线性偏离,20kA以上高压臂阻值越高,分压器越稳定;冲击电压发生器源阻抗上升至1.1Ω时,A、C分压器在不同冲击电流下测试分压比均稳定,高压臂阻值对测量MOV残压影响很小。Impulse resistance voltage divider is one of the essential equipment for testing residual voltage of metal oxide varistor(MOV).In order to test the accuracy of residual voltage,three groups of different voltage dividers are used to test and study the optimal range of resistance value of high-voltage arm.At the same time,MOV residual voltage test is carried out under 8/20μs waveform impulse current generator with source impedance of 0.45Ωand 1.1Ω.The test results show that when the source impedance of the impulse voltage generator is lower,the residual voltage measured by the A,B and C voltage dividers at 20kA will not deviate linearly from the partial voltage ratio,and the higher the resistance value of the high voltage arm above 20kA,the more stable the voltage dividers will be;when the source impedance of the impulse voltage generator rises to 1.1Ω,the partial voltage ratio measured by the A and C voltage dividers at different impulse currents is stable,and the resistance value of the high voltage arm will not deviate from the residual voltage measured by the MOV,the impact is small.
