摘　　要：民营经济是我国国民经济不可或缺的重要组成部分。为了进一步营造民营企业发展的良好氛围,提高民营企业的核心竞争力以及发展的质量和效率,在总结学术界对民营企业的主要研究内容基础上,通过对安徽省芜湖市民营企业治理现状进行调查分析,发现民营企业治理存在产权问题、股权结构不合理问题、内部治理机制不健全和员工激励不足等问题,提出企业的构建治理模式、改革产权制度、优化内部治理结构以及完善激励机制以促进民营企业健康发展。Private economy is an indispensable force of our national economy.In order to further create a good atmosphere for the development of private enterprises,improve their core competitiveness and the quality and efficiency of development,on the basis of summarizing the research contents of private enterprises,intend to investigate and analyze the current situation of corporate governance of private enterprises in Wuhu,Anhui Province,and finds the problems of the corporate governance for private enterprises,including property rights,unreasonable ownership structure,imperfect internal governance mechanism and employee incentive.And put forward the corporate governance model,reform the property rights system,optimize the internal governance structure and improve the incentive mechanism to obtain a healthy mechanism for the development of private enterprises.
