粤港澳大湾区背景下高等职业教育发展研究——以广东省江门市为例

摘　　要：对江门市高等职业教育进行调研分析,梳理目前江门市高职教育的发展情况,分析江门市高职教育发展过程中存在的问题,针对专业人才培养规模与从业人员规模不适应、专业设置重复较严重、校企合作深度不足等问题,提出加强政府统筹协调、优化高职专业结构以适应产业发展、提高企业行业参与度、促进职业教育与区域经济相适应等具体对策。Based on the investigation and analysis of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangmen City,sum up the current development of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangmen City,analyze the problems existing in the development of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangmen City,and trys to solve the problems such as the maladjustment between the training scale of professional talents and the scale of employees,the serious restoration of professional settings,and the insufficient depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises.Put forward to strengthen the overall coordination and optimization of the government in order to adapt to the development of industry,improve the participation of enterprises and industries,promote the adaptation of vocational education to regional economy and other specific countermeasures.
